About knobs -- yay for universal design!

But parents (and grandparents) may need to think about whether they want knobs on the stove in front -- where little hands can reach them, uh-oh -- or in the back, where kids can't get at them, but which may mean you are trailing your sleeves into food or flame, UH-OH!
