Feeling the Blues

2 of 17

One common misconception about modern design is that there are two color options to work with: black and white. However, bright pops of color can make a big impact in a modern kitchen where minimal backdrops are the norm. In this kitchen by Bradshaw Designs, the vibrant blue of the glass tiles is the focal point of the cook space, while their lean, linear shape complements the streamlined, modern details of the kitchen.

I might like a long counter top like this with a dining area and/or comfy chairs on other side near windows and view.

Beautiful kitchens. I would appreciate seeing visions for smaller spaces.
