Kitchen remodels can be both costly and time-consuming—bad news for a homeowner who is tired of their outdated, poorly functioning space and is craving  a change right away. Do not fret though—it’s entirely possible to refresh aspects of the kitchen, resulting in a quick facelift and adding years of use until the time when a complete overhaul is in the budget.

This is gorgeous!

Do like this one but, wonder about grease & splatter clean up on the stove area backsplash. Although this does have a slightly modern look the earth toned colours & rugs save it.

Like this one except for the brass accents as they'll have to be polished regularly, crome or glass handles & knobs would be more practical. I've had copper which is quite nice but does have to cleaned & polished so the antiqued bronzed coated would be better. The combination of restored wood & painted cabininetry is quite beautiful. It also doesn't have that cold modern look so many of the new designer seem to favor.
