A window was removed and covered up to allow for a large pantry cabinet to be installed. A large stainless steel sink allows for easy clean-up, along with a state of the art dishwasher by Bosch. The ceiling was raised to accommodate the kitchen island light fixture and matching pendant lights over the peninsula and chandelier in the dining room. The island was wrapped in a zebrawood laminate to add visual interest to the center of the room.
