The open kitchen has just lower cabinetry, the appliance counter, refrigerator and ovens are hidden between the open kitchen and the breakfast nook.

Located close to an ocean front bluff, this home takes advantage of the existing natural shelf to showcase the view of the ocean and surrounding landscape.
By arranging the home into pie-shaped volumes along a curved axis, each room of the house has spectacular (and unique) water views, including the kitchen and dining area.
In the kitchen, only lower cabinetry was installed for an unobstructed view from the dining room out through the kitchen windows. The maple cabinetry and natural finishes frame the space while the wall of windows looking over the Pacific Ocean offer breath-taking sunset views.
