Old thick-set ceramic tile was removed and new tile was carefully laid in a herringbone pattern to better align with the existing wood floors.
The old kitchen/dining pivot door and a recessed ironing board were removed and the door trim repaired to allow better flow between kitchen, dining and family rooms.
