This was a good size kitchen and was functional, but desperately needed an upgrade. In its BEFORE condition, it would not have garnered the $1.5M price tag that the home sellers wanted. The existing cabinetry was in great shape so we cleaned them up, added all new stainless steel appliances, upgraded to granite counter tops, removed the light box above the island and replaced it with 4 recessed lights which modernized this space considerably, tore out the brick facade and tile back splash around the cooktop area, replaced the linoleum with large 22" tiles, and painted the walls a bold, but complimentary color. Now, this kitchen has the Wow! Factor it Needed!
