This Laguna Beach, California kitchen has sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, so finding materials to compliment this stunning vista was of the utmost importance for the designers of Bonesteel Trout Hall, who chose a basic palette of contemporary white and then infused the space with rich pops of color. The natural landscape provided the kitchen's accent color inspiration—hence the citrus-y yellow and green backsplash and ocean blue breakfast nook chair cushions. The statement-making, glazed ceramic tiles slightly shimmer when light streams in through the windows, mimicing sunlight touching the surface of seawater. An organic, textural counter with a waterfall edge and embedded shells further brings the outdoors in.
Bonesteel Trout Hall also made sure to orientate the room towards the view. A contemporary, white table and chairs arrangement in the room's large floor-to-ceiling windowed breakfast nook provides a sweet spot to eat breakfast and watch distant waves break against the sand. Window coverings were specifically avoided to prevent obstruction of the view.

Where can I get these barstools? They are amazing.
Love the green backsplash tile. Who makes it?
Thanks,
Susan
