Von Hartz Residence

Von Hartz Residence

Taking a quaint 1950s ranch house and turning it into an open modern floor plan is seldom an easy task. Working along side designer/client Maria Von Hartz however made it truly fun and collaborative. By removing the scalloped mouldings and casings, installing new metal windows and doors, and opening up the floor plan, we were able to give the house a new point of view. Now the Von Hartz home is modern and open; perfectly suited for a cool family of four, who work, live and play together.
