This kitchen remodel is part of a larger renovation and expansion project for a San Francisco Edwardian, which had been divided into a series of small, dark rooms, disconnected from the site's views and south-facing setting. Crisp white walls, Silestone countertops, and glass backsplash make it modern, while natural vertical grain fir cabinets lend warmth to the bright and airy space.A "floating" wall clad in painted v-groove boards separates kitchen from dining room. A 14 foot long Nana window wall connects both cooking and dining spaces to the stunning views and outdoors, flooding the space with natural light.
