This project is a renovation of a ranch located on two private acres in the Hamptons NY. The original house was fully gutted and rebuilt with high quality materials and finishes. The kitchen is located in the original house and it acts as a divider and space maker. Taking up a quarter of what became a large living, dining, kitchen and family room the new kitchen became the center of the new house.
