The kitchen in the 1880 Victorian was a small cramped galley style kitchen space not even large enough for two people to be in. The front of the main house has gracious large rooms, tall ceilings and nice architectural detailing. This kitchen addition was much more appropriate to the home and to modern lifestyles. It included an lovely kitchen with clerestory windows and a skylight, a new fireplace, and an eat in kitchen bay, as well as a small entry and mudroom.
