Is it important to have a warranty on cabinets?

I would highly recommend having a warranty for your cabinetry. This would cover any damages, malfunctions, etc. for a certain period of time that the company should be liable for. And depending on your location, the law usually mandates that the builders warrant for at least 1 year. It's mostly about your safety and you don't want anything going wrong with a brand new product.
