We have a desk areas in our kitchen that is essentially wasted space. Any ideas for reworking the area?

It's a little hard to determine how much space you have to work with and where it's located, but to utilize this area better, you can always create more storage and counterspace. This can provide a work space for prepping food, ample storage for a wine bar, or even allow you to create a built in cupboard or china cabinet to display your kitchenware. Before making the decision, however, figure out what it is you want or may need for your kitchen and go from there.
